By making a booking with Kolad Adventure Co., guests agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure safety, smooth operations, and a high-quality adventure experience.

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and final confirmation by Kolad Adventure Co. An advance payment is mandatory to secure and confirm any reservation. Failure to complete payment may result in automatic cancellation.

2. Non-Transferability

Confirmed bookings are strictly non-transferable and may not be assigned to another individual under any circumstances.

3. Identification Requirement

Guests must present a valid government-issued photo identification (such as Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) at the time of check-in. Entry may be denied in absence of valid ID.

4. Activity Conditions

River rafting and other adventure activities are dependent on natural conditions, including weather and dam water release schedules. Kolad Adventure Co. shall not be held liable for cancellations or modifications due to such factors.

In case of water release delay or non-release, activities may be rescheduled, substituted, or cancelled in accordance with operational feasibility.

5. Safety Compliance

All guests must strictly adhere to safety instructions provided by trained guides and staff. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of participation without any refund.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Consumption of alcohol, drugs, or participation under any form of intoxication prior to or during adventure activities is strictly prohibited. Management reserves the right to deny participation or service in such cases.

7. Personal Belongings

Kolad Adventure Co. shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings including valuables, electronic devices, or luggage during the trip or stay.

8. Property Damage

Any damage caused to resort property, equipment, or facilities by guests shall be fully chargeable based on repair or replacement costs.

9. Right of Admission

Management reserves the right to refuse service, accommodation, or participation to any individual found violating safety rules, behavioral standards, or company policies without entitlement to refund.

10. Check-In & Check-Out

Guests must adhere to designated check-in and check-out times as specified in their package. Late departures may attract additional charges.

11. Health & Fitness Declaration

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in adventure activities. Kolad Adventure Co. shall not be liable for health complications arising due to undisclosed conditions.

12. Liability Limitation

Adventure sports involve inherent risks. By participating, guests acknowledge these risks and agree that Kolad Adventure Co. shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, or unforeseen incidents except where mandated by law.

13. Force Majeure

The company shall not be responsible for service interruptions caused by events beyond its control including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or emergency situations.

14. Amendments

Kolad Adventure Co. reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms shall be applicable immediately upon publication.
