Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cooling-Off Period
Guests may cancel their booking without penalty within twenty-four (24) hours of successful payment confirmation. Cancellations made within this period shall be eligible for a full refund, subject to deduction of applicable transaction or processing charges.Post 24-Hour Cancellations
All cancellations requested after the expiry of twenty-four (24) hours from the time of payment shall be treated as strictly non-refundable, irrespective of the reason for cancellation.No-Show Policy
Failure of the guest(s) to arrive or participate on the scheduled date and time shall be deemed a no-show, and no refund, credit, or rescheduling shall be permitted.Operational or Force Majeure Conditions
In the event that rafting or associated activities are cancelled or suspended due to circumstances beyond the companyβs reasonable control, including but not limited to dam water non-release, adverse weather conditions, government restrictions, natural calamities, or safety considerations, the company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to offer:
(a) an alternative activity,
(b) rescheduling of the booking, or
(c) a partial refund, as deemed appropriate.Refund Processing
Approved refunds, where applicable, shall be processed within five (5) to seven (7) working days through the original method of payment.Transaction Charges
All payment gateway fees, banking charges, and administrative costs shall be deducted from the refundable amount, where applicable.Customer Support & Communication
